The cuneiform inscription that serves as the design motif for this page is the earliest known written appearance of the word "freedom" (ama-gi), or liberty. It is taken from a clay document written about 2300 B.C. in the Sumerian city-state of Lagash.

Domain updated: November 10, 2001
The purpose of this site, and our goal, is to provide information that we hope will help restore the U.S. Constitution and with it, the freedom that we have lost during the past 50 years, and to reduce the influence of, and control by, government at all levels over the non-coercive, consensual activities of all adult Sovereign Americans.

To provide an historical context for the discussion of freedom, the Constitution of the United States (see also the Law of the Land, a quote from 16th American Jurisprudence and the article on Our Unconstitutional Congress), State Constitutions, previous Supreme Court rulings and recent laws are examined in depth. Nothing in these pages should be construed as offering legal advice. If you are seeking a legal opinion, please consult with an attorney.
